Focused, private, conversations that allow us to see what is actually happening. Not the version built around hesitation, pressure or temporary stability.
The goal is not support, motivation or inspiration. It is honest engagement with what is true, what it will cost, and what can no longer be avoided.
We begin by understanding three things:
Where are you? What are you actually doing? Why?
Those three questions sound simple. They rarely are. They usually reveal the difference between the story we’re telling ourselves and the reality we’re living.
