Each provider is bound by its own privacy commitments and used only as needed to operate this website safely.

International transfers

Some trusted services store or process data outside South Africa.
I choose providers with strong privacy safeguards (for example, GDPR-compliant agreements or Standard Contractual Clauses).

Retention

  • Enquiries & client records: up to 5 years (or as law requires)
  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or the list is cleaned
  • Security logs: 90–365 days
  • Analytics: kept in aggregated (anonymous) form only
