What I collect
When you reach out, subscribe, or use this website, I may collect:
- Personal details such as your name, email, or phone number (when you choose to share them).
- Booking and purchase data linked to coaching or downloads.
- Communications — emails, forms, or comments you send.
- Technical details — your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps (through cookies or analytics).
- Preferences — your consent choices for newsletters or cookies.
I never intentionally collect sensitive information. If you share something personal or medical, I handle it privately and keep only what’s necessary to support our exchange
Why I collect it
I collect and process information to:
- Provide what you ask for — coaching, resources, or replies.
- Deliver updates with consent — you can opt out anytime.
- Maintain security and reliability — to prevent spam or misuse.
- Improve content and experience — to understand what serves readers best.
- Meet legal or financial obligations — such as invoices and records.
How I use your information
Your details are used only for their intended purpose: to communicate with you, provide services, and maintain a secure, welcoming space.
I never sell or rent your information. Any sharing is minimal and only with trusted service providers who help this website run safely and smoothly.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
This site uses a few quiet tools to keep it stable and secure.
- Essential cookies support security, log-in sessions, and forms.
- Optional analytics or marketing cookies help me understand what’s useful and, sometimes, allow content to be shared through social media. These run only with your consent.
- You can manage or delete cookies in your browser at any time. Disabling them won’t break the heart of the site — it may simply limit small conveniences.
- Technical details will appear in the Cookie Policy once published.
Comments & forms
When you comment or fill out a form, I collect what you submit plus a few technical details (like IP address and browser).
This protects the site from spam, fraud, and abuse. Trusted tools may process this data for security purposes.
Your messages and their audit trail are kept private. For community guidelines, please see the Comment Policy.
Email & Updates
If you join my mailing list, you’ll only receive content you’ve consented to — updates, resources, or reflective notes.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and I honour it immediately.
Replies to my emails are treated as private correspondence and stored securely.
Payments
Payments are processed through reputable third-party providers (such as PayPal).
I do not store your card or banking details. Those are handled directly and securely by the payment processor under their own privacy policies.

Only with trusted partners who help me deliver this service — and only the minimal data required.

I choose providers with strong privacy safeguards (for example, GDPR-compliant agreements or Standard Contractual Clauses).
Retention
- Enquiries & client records: up to 5 years (or as law requires)
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or the list is cleaned

Your rights
You have the right to:
- access, correct, delete your data
- object or restrict certain processing
- withdraw consent (where applicable) at any time
- request data portability (GDPR)
- lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (GDPR) or with the South African Information Regulator (POPIA).
To exercise any of these rights, email: [email protected] — I’ll respond within the applicable timeframe.
Security
I take every reasonable step to protect your information — secure hosting, password protection, limited internal access, and ongoing updates to site software.
Still, no online system is ever entirely risk-free. If something happens that could affect your data, I’ll act quickly, communicate honestly, and take all necessary measures to keep you safe.
Children
This website and its services are intended for adults.
They are not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect or store personal information from anyone younger.
If you believe a child has shared details here, please contact me at [email protected] so I can remove the information and protect their privacy.
Changes to this policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When I do, I’ll update the effective date at the top of the page. If a change is material, I’ll also post a notice on the site and/or email subscribers where appropriate. Please review this page periodically. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
