Coaching for big life changes with Jo-Anne Kirkman – quiet support from the farm

Coaching with Jo-Anne

The art of becoming when life won’t return to how it was.

Coaching with Jo-Anne

Not a programme. A partnership—personal, attentive, real.

You’re not broken. You’re becoming. This is quiet, grounded coaching for life’s big changes — a space to work with what life has already put on your path — illness, burnout, grief, an ending or a beginning — and to learn the art of becoming in your own life: how to steady yourself and find a way to live that feels honest and possible. A way of living you can keep returning to as your life keeps changing.

Who this is for

Who I work with

I’m a good fit if the ground under your life has shifted. and you know you cant go back to how things were, but you’re not sure how to move forward yet. You want steady ground, honest reflection, and practical next steps.

You might be:

  • Living with a hard diagnosis or living with someone who is.
  • Coming out of a long-haul burnout or a season that’s stripped you thin.
  • Standing in the rubble of a relationship, role, or identity that’s ended.
  • Facing a beginning you didn’t choose, or a change you can’t ignore anymore.

You tend to want:

  • Clarity without performance — somewhere you don’t have to hold it all together.
  • Depth over hacks. scripts, or surface-level inspiration.
  • A human pace — slower when life is heavy, steadier when you have capacity.

How we’ll work together

We keep it simple and honest. No homework for the sake of it. You don’t have to turn your life into a performance or neat redemption story here; this is a place for what’s true, even when it’s unfinished. Becoming is a process, not an event, so we work in real time with the life you’re actually living — at a pace your nervous system can bare.

Arrive as You Are

We start with what’s true.

Find Ground and Truth

We name patterns, pressures, and what matters.

Choose the Next Honest Step

You leave with one clear step — and support to take it.

You can begin with a single clarity session or settle into a longer season of support. Whichever you choose, you can expect:

  • A steady, personal partnership.
  • Ground, clarity, and one honest next step.
  • Room to go slowly — or be held closely — when you need it.

Questions you might have

Questions you might have

Clarity sessions are ad-hoc — book a 60-minute session directly through my calendar (button above). If you’d like ongoing support, choose a 4-, 8-, or 12 week package and we’ll agree on a rhythm together. Sessions are on Zoom (or phone if you prefer), with confirmation and reminders sent by email. the calendar will show times in your local time zone.

You can reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance at no extra cost. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are usually charged in full, simply because that time has been held for you. If something truly unexpected happens — email me. This work is human-first, and I’ll meet you with care.

For packages, payments are non-refundable once we begin, but any unused sessions can be refunded pro-rata or held as credit for a future season. If something significant changes in your circumstances, we’ll talk it through and find the most respectful way forward.

Yes. Our work together is private and confidential. I don’t record sessions and any notes I keep are stored securely and used only to support you. The only time confidentiality is broken is if there is a serious risk of harm or if I am legally required to do so. Coaching is not therapy, but it is trauma-aware and always respectful of your limits.

I hold a small number of reduced-rate spots for those in genuinely constrained financial seasons or lower-income economies. If this would help, you’re welcome to mention it when you book or email me at [email protected]. We’ll look at what’s possible together, and I’ll be honest about what I can sustainably offer.

Not yet. Changing for Survival™ will begin as a self-paced journey, and I plan to open small guided circles for people who prefer to walk together. If you’d like to know when I open the first group, you’re welcome to join the waitlist below.
